Cypress Dunes also has tennis courts, an exercise room, and outdoor fireplace, all available for your enjoyment while you're a guest in the home.
There are also walking trails and boardwalks that meander through the neighborhood, which are built directly over the beautiful 200 year old Cypress ponds!! All this to enjoy, and you are only a mile from 30A's newest beach access!
The House
One story home open floor plan:
3 bedroom, 2 king rooms and 3rd room with 2 sets of bunk beds twins over full beds, 2.5 bath. Screened in back patio with large TV and seating for up to 8 people.
Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, R/O water, Keurig combo pot and pod coffee machine, blender, air fryer, rice steamer, toaster, gas stove top, electric pancake griddle, wine fridge, crock pot and much more.
4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 10 large beach towels.
3 New Priority bicycles 3 speed beach cruisers.
Full size washer and dryer.
WIFI and 4 smart TV's though out the house.
Bedroom1: Master suite with king size bed, TV. Large private shower and stand up bathtub, huge walk in shower and double sinks.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twins over 2 Full size beds).
Propane grill and seating area on back side of the house.
2 Community Pools, Pool #2 is right outside the front door, making it an easy 30 yards to cool off after a long day at the beach!

You have to go to "The Vue on 30A" (reservations needed in advance). Besides the amazing food, your glass will never ever be empty!
Location
The house is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the West end of 30A. You’ll find tons of amazing spots to eat and drink along the famous 30A corridor. The beach is only 3/4 mile away.
